Your Tracking Number
Once your package is ready for dispatch, we'll send you an email with your tracking number. Your tracking number will look something like this: WEBS0********.
Copy this number and head on over to Courierit's website where you'll be able to track the delivery status of your order. Once you're on Courierit's website, you will need to navigate to "Track My Parcel". Paste the number into the waybill number field and then click "Track It".

If you do not receive the email with your tracking number, check your junk mail or spam folders. If you still can't find it, slide into our DM's or email us to confirm whether your package has been dispatched.
Please remember that if you placed your order after 13h00 during the week or over the weekend, it will only be dispatched on the next business day.
